    BLACK FRIDAY 

    Orders placed using any promotional offer during the Black Friday period are final sale and not eligible for refunds for change of mind unless deemed faulty. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only, minus a $10 return label fee. Exchanges are not available for Black Friday promotional orders. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. 

    This policy applies to all promotions within the Black Friday period, including but not limited to:

    • SZN OF STYLE exclusive discount codes
    • Broadcast Channel discount codes
    • Black Friday discounts available to the public
    • Black Friday secret sales & gift with purchases

    By placing an order using any Black Friday period promotion, you agree to these terms.

    BLACK FRIDAY GWP

    • To qualify for the Gift With Purchase, your cart must total $200 AUD or more after all discounts and before shipping.

    • Offer is valid until 9:00am AEDT  31/11/25 or while gift stock lasts.

    • One free gift per eligible order. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for another size, colour, or product.

    • If an item from a qualifying order is returned and the order no longer meets the $200 AUD minimum spend, the free gift must be returned in its original, unworn condition. If the free gift is not returned, the full RRP value will be deducted from the store credit issued.

    GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY

    The Golden Ticket Giveaway is exclusive to members of the Primi Broadcast Channel.Customers who place an order using the promotional code BC30 during the promotional period will be automatically entered into the draw to win 1 of 20 Golden Tickets, each valued at $100. Winners are selected at random.

    Golden Tickets are issued in the form of a $100 Primi gift voucher, valid until 31 December 2025.

    Gift vouchers:

    • Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    • Are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All orders placed using a Golden Ticket voucher are final, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
