June 4th Birthday Sale Return Policy

Items purchased during our June Sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available, except for items that are deemed faulty.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except for items that are deemed faulty.

Orders with Pre-Order Items: If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and dispatched on the pre-order delivery date. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Please note: pre-order items purchased during our June 4th Birthday Sale can be returned for store credit or exchange only, as per our sale return policy.

Australian Returns

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: 

  • Product is returned in original condition with tags attached
  • Product is unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Product is not damaged in any way
  • Product is not marked as a Final Sale item
  • Parcel is posted back within the 14 day return window. We will not accept change of mind returns sent outside of this window. 

RETURN OPTIONS: We offer the following return options:

  • EXCHANGE – Exchange for the same item in a different size or colour. Pay $11.95 for return shipping*, and we’ll cover the outgoing shipping on the new order.

  • STORE CREDIT – Receive a store credit for the value paid, minus $11.95 return shipping*. Store credits have a 12 month expiry from the date of issue.

  • REFUND – Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus $11.95 return shipping*.
    Refunds are not available on certain promotional discounts such as our Black Friday. Please see Return Conditions below for further information.

    Please note, any original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Returns: 

Thank you so much for supporting our small Australian business! At this stage, Primi is unable provide a return label for international orders. International return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team for return postage details.

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: 

  • Product is returned in original condition with tags attached
  • Product is unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Product is not damaged in any way
  • Product is not marked as a Final Sale item
  • Parcel is posted back within the 14 day return window. We will not accept change of mind returns sent outside of this window. 

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Exchanges are not available on international orders.

Please note: USA returns will incur a 20% processing fee based on the order RRP, to help cover the tariff fees incurred on the original order.

Faulty Items:

We deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused by faulty or damaged garments. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our customer service team at hello@primi.com.au with your order number and images of the fault as soon as you receive your order. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Conditions

Promotional Discounts

  • Items purchased using a VIP Sale Event, Black Friday, Boxing Day or Afterpay Day offer are eligible for exchange or store credit only, minus $11.95 return label fee for Australian orders (waived if Checkout Plus was selected at the time of ordering).
  • Orders placed using a promotion that provides a free item can only be returned for exchange or store credit unless the goods are deemed faulty upon receipt. Refunds are not available for these orders. The free item must also be returned.
  • Spend & Save Returns: Refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt, rather than the original RRP. The offer is available to the original recipient only and may not be transferred. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

Bundle Discounts

  • Orders placed using a bundle promotion (e.g. Buy 2 & Save 15%) are eligible for return in line with our return policy.
  • If part or all of a bundle is returned for an exchange, you will have the opportunity to swap for the same item in a different size or colour at the bundle price. Exchanges incur an $11.95 return shipping fee per order unless Checkout Plus was selected at the time of ordering.
  • If part or all of a bundle is returned for a store credit, the credit will reflect the discounted price paid for the returned item/s, minus $11.95 for return shipping unless Checkout Plus was selected at time of ordering.
  • If part of a bundle is returned for a refund and the remaining item/s no longer meet the bundle criteria, the discount will be removed and the retained item/s will revert to full price. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly at the time of processing, and $11.95 will be deducted for return shipping unless Checkout Plus was selected at the time of ordering.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, so please choose carefully. Final Sale items returned to us will not be sent back. 

Gift Cards / Store Credits

  • Orders paid entirely with a gift card or store credit can only be returned back to the gift card, minus an $11.95 return label fee unless Checkout Plus was selected at time of ordering.

Cash refunds to original payment are not available.

Split Payment Orders

  • Orders paid with a mix of gift card / store credit and card payment that are returned for a refund can only be returned to the original payment methods.
  • The return label fee will be deducted from the gift card portion.
  • Full cash refunds are not available for mixed payment orders.
