Black Friday Policy

Orders placed using a Black Friday promotional code are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only, less a $10 return label fee. Exchanges are not available for Black Friday discounted orders. If your order includes a free gift with purchase and you return any item that brings your total below the $200 AUD minimum spend, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unworn condition. If the free gift is not returned, its full RRP value will be deducted from the store credit issued.

This policy applies to all purchases made with a Black Friday discount code.
