Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time during peak periods such sale events or public holidays.

Express orders received after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, therefore shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please select your country below for estimated shipping rates, timeframes, and further information.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, you entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item arrives. This includes any in-stock items. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a seperate order.

Australia

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
  • Free on orders over $100 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
  • Free on orders over $300 AUD

  • Express Shipping: 1 – 4 business days after

CONDITIONS

LOST & STOLEN PARCELS: It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Primi is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. 

LATE OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS: Australia Post can sometimes experience delays, however if your parcel is well past it’s expected delivery date or says delivered but isn’t at your address, please first contact Australia Post to follow it up. Primi is not responsible for delays or incorrectly delivered parcels.

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS: Any unclaimed parcels that are sent back to us will incur a $11.95 return shipping fee.

New Zealand

SHIPPING RATES: International Express Shipping: $20 AUD. This rate is inclusive of the Low-Value Goods Levy

SHIPPING TIMES: 5 – 8 business days after dispatch. We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders to New Zealand.

CUSTOMS + TAXES: All shipping duties and taxes are included in our prices. No surprises at checkout or when your order arrives. Please note, orders returned to us from the USA will incur a 20% processing fee based on the order RRP, to help cover the outgoing charges. CUSTOMS + TAXES

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order. Primi will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs
processing. By placing an international order, you agree to any applicable import duties and fees required by your country’s regulations
