Primi Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

Sale period

  • The sale runs from 11.11.26 until 20.11.26 online at www.primi.com.au only.
  • Sale prices only apply to orders placed during the sale period. We can’t apply sale prices to earlier orders or give price adjustments.
  • Primi may end the sale earlier at its discretion.

Gift with purchases:

  • Valid 11.11.26 AEDT, whilst stock lasts
  • Spend $120+ AUD: free earrings. Spend $150+ AUD: free standard shipping. Spend $200+ AUD: free tote bag. Each tier includes the rewards of the tiers below it.
  • Spend is calculated after discounts. Shipping and gift cards don’t count toward the total.
  • Gifts are only available while stocks last. No substitutes, cash or credit if a gift sells out.
  • One of each gift per order. Gifts can’t be exchanged or returned.
  • Free shipping covers standard shipping within Australia only.
  • Primi may change or end this offer at any time. Other exclusions may apply.
  • These terms don’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Discount codes

  • Sale prices can’t be combined with any other discount, including welcome codes, influencer codes and other promotional codes.

Exclusive collection drops

  • Limited collections may be launched throughout the sale period and available while stock lasts.
  • Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed, combined with another order or updated to include new drops.

Returns

  • Sale items can be returned for store credit only in accordance with our return policy. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Free gifts can’t be returned or exchanged. You’ll still receive full store credit for any other eligible items you return.

Instagram competition – “Last Comment Wins”

  • To enter, comment on the competition post at @primi.au between 8.11.26 at 6:00pm AEDT and 10.11.16 8PM AEDT
  • The winner is the account with the last comment shown on the post at the end time.
  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+. Primi staff can’t enter.
  • The prize is one $200 AUD Primi voucher with a 1 month expiry.
  • We’ll announce the winner and contact them by DM within 1 day. If they don’t respond within 24 hours days, the prize goes to the comment before theirs.
  • We can disqualify spam, fake accounts and entries that break these terms.
  • This competition isn’t sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility.
