Australian Returns: If you change your mind within 14 days of order fulfilment we offer refunds or 110% store credits* subject to the following conditions: 

  • Product is returned in original condition with tags attached
  • Product is unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Product is not damaged in any way
  • Product is not marked as a final sale item or purchased on an exclusive discount
  • Parcel is posted back within the 14 day return window. We will not accept change of mind returns sent outside of this window. 

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. 

International Returns: Primi does not provide a return label for international orders. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note USA orders will incur a $20 USD processing fee

USA: Duties and taxes are included in all prices, so there are no additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

Rest of the World:  Prices do not include international duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid before delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and charges. Primi is not responsible for delays, missed notifications, or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees.

Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will be returned at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.
